Where we ship
Currently the United States. (More regions later.)
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. We show this estimate before you pay so there are no surprises. (We're working on a US-warehouse option to bring this down.)
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders over $35.
- Orders under $35: a flat rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't updated in a few days, that's normal early on — reach out at oliver@zaigla.com.
Delays & wrong address
If your order is significantly late, email us and we'll make it right. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can only update it before the order ships.
