30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your VANTL brush. If you're not happy for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. No hoops.
How to start a return
Email oliver@zaigla.com with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
- Once approved (and received, where a return is required), we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- For low-cost items we may refund without requiring you to ship the product back — we'll tell you in our reply.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it — your choice. No return shipping cost to you for our error.
